I am not sure about the rest, but you used "t" intead of an "n" in andoo. I have heard that phrase here in Tunisia as well. It was told to our class when I forgot my notebook!
From Moroccan Arabic:
لي ماعتدو قلام ولا ضوية ما عوّل على القرية
phonetics:
li ma andoo qalam ula dwya ma aowal ala al quraya.
translation:
He who does not have pen and ink does not intend to study.
This is one I learned from a Moroccan Arabic tutor in 2002, and which I likely spelled wrong in the Arabic version. The gist is pretty obvious, if you don't come prepared for your lesson or class, you really have no intention of learning.
