I used to, really bad ones. That was especially true when I was first learning, and the stress of trying to comprehend what was going on would overwhelm me. Those were the times when I would hear a sentence and only understand one word in ten and hope I could guess the meaning from the context. Ick. The good news is, it gets better. Comprehension levels rise with experience and practice, and eventually the headaches (or other stress-type problems) become less and less common, until they are eventually gone.

I don't get headaches, but I do walk around in a bit of a daze at times, totally confused and unable to process or express things.

I only got headaches while I was in class.  4 hours of language learning seems to be a little too much for me.  But what I did learn, I still use today in the States.  Knowing a language that only a select number of people know is great when you want to speak in code...Granted I can only ask "Do you have this, Can I have that, what's your name", etc...but still, it's fun.
